Highly recommend Mahesh. Meticulous professional who went through every nook and corner in detail, and put his efforts in places that were hard to reach to identity the root causes of small things. And most importantly, he was hear at explaining those details in words that’s way to interpret. Highly recommend him, and will definitely be working with him for future purchases.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had Mahesh conduct a building and pest inspection for our first home, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. As it was my first house, I didn’t have much idea about the process, but Mahesh patiently explained everything in detail and made sure I understood each step. He was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable, pointing out even the smallest details and giving practical advice on what needed attention.

His report was detailed, well-structured, and easy to understand, which gave me full confidence moving forward. Mahesh’s friendly approach and willingness to answer all my questions made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty and expertise, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable building and pest inspector.
